If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund excluding shipping fees. A restocking fee of 10% may be applied.


  • Please send your return to: Pacific Windshield Distributors Inc, 2020 Malty RD #334, Bothell WA 98021 (Be sure to write your RMA# on the outside of the carton.)
  • Refunds will be issued for re-stockable, un-used, un-damaged products only, received in proper shipping carton(s) with appropriate packing material.
  • Each returned or exchanged glass product must be packaged separately.
  • All returned products must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number written on each carton returned. A RMA# can be obtained by calling PWD Customer Service at

    425-877-1354, or by email at support@pacificwindshielddist.com using the form at the bottom of this page..


Please allow up to 4 weeks for refunds to be processed. Please note that our shipping fees and returned product costs are non-refundable. COD’s are not accepted. Please understand that refunds for returned products will not be made unless the conditions of these rules are met.


Damaged Product


UPS -In the event your package should arrive damaged, please contact us immediately by phone at
425-877-1354, or email us at support@pacificwindshielddist.com. We must be contacted within 24 hours of receipt so that we can ship you a replacement part ASAP and complete a UPS claim. All replacement parts are shipped by Ground Service.


USPS- PWD will not be responsible for any shipping damage caused by the carrier. USPS requires that you, the receiver, contact them directly and you are responsible for the product upon shipping; we can only assist you in filing a claim. Based on the weight of your package, $135.63 of automatic indemnity coverage is provided for uninsured parcels. Coverage is limited to the actual value of the contents or $135.63, whichever is less. Automatic indemnity is not provided for certain items. See Priority Mail International for more information at www.usps.com


Product Warranties


All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty and/or guarantee only. If you believe you received a defective product from us, please contact PWD Customer Service at 425-877-1354 or use the RMA form below and click on Submit Request. Glass products are guaranteed to be free of flaw and defect for one year after purchase per manufacturer’s warranty only. You, the purchaser, assume all risk and responsibility in connection to the installation, application and use of any product purchased. We, Pacific Windshield Distributors, will not reimburse any costs associated with the labor, instillation, application or use of any product.
