All orders are shipped Mon-Fri, excluding holidays. Every effort will be made to ship your order the same day; orders placed after 12:00PM PST will be shipped the following business day.

Backorders: Backorders rarely happen, but if it does happen we will notify you via email of any delay.
Track your order: We will contact you via email with the shippers tracking # so that you can track the progress of your package.
Breakage/Damage: Claims due to shipping must be submitted no later than 2 weeks (14 days) from the invoice date. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Valid breakage claims will be replaced at no cost to you.
